Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Trakify is a pay as you go service with no long term lock-in. You can cancel, upgrade and downgrade your account at any time via the account page of your Trakify account. Please make sure you read our Terms of Use before going ahead.
Payment methods
You can sign up with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Price is in Pounds Sterling ex VAT.
When will I get billed?
The main account (usually the community moderator/shopping centre) is free forever. Your community members (users) pay for themselves. The members credit card will be billed monthly thereafter unless you cancel their membership account. We email a VAT receipt each time we bill a credit card.
